  • 65 starter relay

    On a 65 and up Delco starter relay. Got a couple of these I want to check to sell. Which terminal is for the coil?

        Very funny. I didn't whan't to bend the tabs on the lid and take a chance on breaking one.

            If ya ground the bracket. Two of terminals are going to be normaly open and one will be the other side of the coil. I was just lucky that both relays are good and you could clearly hear them closing. I also did a countinuty test across #1&2. #3 is the coil. Bob L

                  Bob, If I still have one, there burried in the swap meet boxs which are not going to get opened till Oley. If I find one, I'll put it on the side. Bob L

                    This was for a friend that couldn't wait and bought one from Jim's HD in Mendon Oh, not a Delco but supposed to be USA made. Just wanted to say thanks for the response but don't put one aside for me.

                      My friend received the relay after specifically asking country origin, supposed to be USA, no! made in China junk. Just thought I would pass on info.
