    i got a few things does a bike need to run and move to go for judging?
    with oley just a week away lets try to get our gripes done in advance.if you have something you think will stump the judges bring proof as to why you have it on your bike.or better yet post it here to show everyone why you have it share you proof. help us with correct restorations .bottom line get it out now next week should be nice weather in pa. 70 degrees and sunny.

    Have every bit of documentation for your bike that you can get. If you are using a parts book for verification make sure it is the same year as the bike and not a few years later.

      From page 14 of the judging handbook. Yes they must run. I would advise everyone download and read a copy of this document in its entirety before entering a bike to be judged, it would save a lot of trouble .



      8. All motorcycles entered for judging may be
      ridden onto the judging field to prove operational
      capability, otherwise the operability of those
      pushed onto the field has been demonstrated or
      witnessed earlier at the meet by the Chief Judge
      or his representative. Machines entered in the
      Competition category may be pushed onto the
      field, but checked for operability under the
      direction of the Chief Judge and/or appear to be
      complete and capable of running.
      9. Engines will not be started for judging.
