Location of starter relay

  • Location of starter relay

    Who can tell me where the starter relay is located on my 1995 FLHTCU? The wiring diagram is no help.

    Chris,It is under the fairing. Remove the headlight assembly and the relays are beside the fuse block. If you have the factory service manual fig. 8-109 on pg. 8-152 shows a diagram of what lurks under there. You should be able to get at it without removing the fairing, the same can't be said if the light bulb in your oil or volt gauge goes out though. Can E-mail a copy to you if you need.

      I have that illustration. It doesn't list the Starter Relay there.
