    Good Day Everyone!
    I have just completed a 4 month long customer service nightmare with Heather's Leathers. You would think that when you spend $1400 for something you would get a complete, accurate and timely quality product. Not so in this case. Rather than go into a long drawn out story, here are the high points:

    - Great craftsman, lousy business man.
    - Doesn't return phone calls or e-mails and if he does it's weeks or months later.
    - Can't keep orders or customers straight.
    - Can't provide the exact order placed.
    - Takes several attempts and a lot of waiting to get what you want and if you finally do, you may end up assembling some of the parts of the seat or saddlebags yourself.

    Yes, I could have returned it all, at yet more expense, using up more of my time to do so but I had already wasted 4 months waiting to finish the project I was working on. This is just a heads up so you know what you're getting into if you choose to use this vendor. He won't get any more of my business. That's for damn sure. The rest of my seat and saddlebag project needs will be going elsewhere...
