    eBay seller TANKSHIFT just passed off one of COLONY's new $80.00 reproduction Knuck Boot Guards as a restored original at a price of $996.00. He listed it as a 1936 item when they were actually a 1938 item.

        You have to question the buyer too. Personally I don't feel too sorry for a guy that would spend 1K for a boot guard, even if it's the genuine article. However, a crook is a crook and ripping off the mentally impared is still a crime.

          Thats right up there with the guy selling the fake security guard badges for Harley and Indian,and people are paying over 40.00$ for fakes ?

            Tankshift is a good guy in my book bought lot`s of parts over the years from him on ebay for my 41 flathead ( FLAT IS WHERE IT`S AT )
