Opinion needed on Chief.......

Need opinion on 46' Chief rear fender bolts on left side. Are the heads or the nuts facing out?? Tool box bolts also in question.
Lost points on this last time at AMCA meet.

on my 46 the heads are facing out on both ....if you have a repair and overhaul manual look on page 51 and you will see this there . i also looked in a few of my IMI magazines and all the bikes that are judged "right up there"show the bolts in the same configuration.hpoe this helps,tom
