When IM adjusting the carb on wy WL. I notice when at idle if I turn the high speed adjustment the motor reacts right away almost like the low speed adjustment. I s this normal for a Linkert? I thought that it would'nt effect the motor unless you are running at 25 miles an hour or more? The carb has been cleaned but I've noticed this from day 1. I.ve read about this in a manual saying they do effect each other but this seems a little to much. Any thoughts?

That's not typical of a Linkert...and very intriguing!

One *possible* scenario is that your float is allowing the bowl to fill much higher than designed, so the HS needle becomes the limit upon the fuel supply at idle instead of the proper circuit.

(I'm just flatulating in the absence of illumination.)
