  • Panhead Tail Light Lens RH-55

I am new to vintage motorcycles and have a '63 Duo Glide. I've seen occasional reference to Guide RH-55 tail light lenses of which I have two plastic ones. Both say Guide RH-55 and have a tiny guidex in script across the middle. One of the two has a perpedicular "SAE-ST" also raised in the plastic. Meanwhile, I have read a few things referring to a glass RH-55. What the heck is supposed to be on this bike??? Thank you!

Hi, The plastic one as described is correct. Keep Ridin...Merlin

Hi, As far as I know the glass lens was correct on early 1955 models. Your bike should have the plastic lens on it. As far as the one with the extra numbers, it is probably a later produced lens. Both should pass judging.

      Good Luck, starhub
