Vertical Twin Speedometer Cable

Is there anybody out there restoring/repairing/replacing the speedometer cables for Indian vertical twins? (Stewart Warner Speedometers).

I've got some outer shells that could/should be restored, but are missing the inner drive cable. Stark is selling acceptable replacement cables, but they're not entirely "correct." (They are a good replacement cable though).

If there's a source for the raw cable & other parts, an option could be to fabricate replacements.
