    John (Jack) Chester
Just in case you are not aware of the passing of Jack Chester. I first met Jack in 1955 when he worked for Red House Harley in Washington, DC as a motorcycle mechanic. I was a motor officer for Montgomery County Police, and we had to take our bikes there for service. He was responsible for me joining The Antique Motorcycle Club, and I spent many days with him talking about, and riding around on some real classics.
He will be missed by many.

The Washington Post did a real good job with his obit history.

I think Jack had the first Indian 4 that really blew me away, a red and silver immaculately restored upside down he had at Schenectady 25 years ago. I'll never forget the impact of seeing that beauty.
